Our carefully curated birth class provides expectant parents with comprehensive information about the stages of labor, pain management techniques, and what to expect during all phases of labor and delivery. Attendees leave our classes fully equipped to make informed decisions about what matters most to them.

The supportive environment of our group classes enable attendees to learn from the questions and experiences of others, while evidence-based information is being presented, and bonds with peers are being formed.
In our relaxed classroom environment, strangers often leave as friends!
They say that practice makes perfect, but we say practice makes you prepared! As we introduce each comfort measure, labor position, pressure and counter-pressure technique, massage, and infant care skill, you’ll be invited to practice it in real-time. This will equip you with a fully stocked birth and baby “toolbox” that you will really on throughout the course of your labor and the early days with your baby.
Our classes encourage the active participation of you and your partner as it has proven to strengthen partnerships and ensure that both parents are prepared for the labor and birth process.
This group setting birth class is a 4-hour course facilitated in Holladay.
There will be a new class held every month on a Saturday from 9:00am-1:00pm.

Prefer a Customized, Private Birth Class?
This “create-your-own class” is an incredible opportunity for couples who simply want to know what they want to know and not what someone else thinks they should know!
This one-on-one, curated by you, customized private class begins before it actually begins!
We send you a list of topics that your instructor is prepared to teach on, each one indicating the length of time needed to teach it. You choose the topics, we organize your class and the fee is based on the time necessary to teach it. Sounds great, right?! But wait, there’s more! You even get to decide if it’s done in the comfort of your own home or virtually!
This “Your Class, Your Way” version of childbirth education is billed at $100 per hour, with a 3 hour minimum. Contact us here if you are interested in this option.
